SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from Henderson, Nevada.
In stock orders ship within five business days.
Accessory back order items ship within 2-4 weeks.
Furniture back orders and special orders ship within 2-12 weeks.
We will notify you on the estimated delivery time on back order and special order items.
Small orders shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS.
Large orders shipped by ground freight and we will contact you with shipping charges before processing your order.
Overnight, 2-day and 3-day expedited, shipping available at additional cost on in stock items.
Inside delivery and lift gate service (on large furniture pieces) is not included in standard shipping. These services are additional. Standard shipping fees cover service to your curbside or driveway only.
RETURN POLICY
Inspect furniture deliveries upon arrival. Damages must be noted on the bill of lading and sent to Rustic Living within 3 days. Visible damage such as torn, crushed, dented, etc. should be brought to the drivers attention and noted on the bill of laden. If damages are noted, any and all packaging material must be saved. Rustic Living will credit or replace the customer of record for loss with the exception of shipping provided the above guidelines have been met. If there is concealed damage, please provide digital images to document the damage. Customer waives all rights on future claims if this is not followed.
Return of orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The return of special or custom orders is non-refundable once loaded with carrier. No exceptions.
In the rare case Rustic Living accepts a return on a special order or custom piece, there will be a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions.
Items must be in original condition. Items must be properly packed for return using specifications provided by the carrier. Please email or call us if you need help with guidelines.
WARRANTY
Each hand made item is unique and Rustic Living therefore makes no warranties expressed or implied on the manner in which the consumer uses. Hand made goods are inherently imperfect and vary in size, finish and dimension. Slight cracks, warping, imperfections and color variations are inherent to each piece and are not considered defects.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to southwestfurniture@earthlink.net.
Provided a custom or special order has not loaded with the freight or small package carrier, a 30% restocking fee will apply. No exceptions.
Once charged and shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Cancellation of a regular order once shipped will be refunded within 7 days once received at Rustic Living. Cancellation of a regular item may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges, once charged and shipped are non refundable. No exceptions.
